The Quick-RNA Microprep Kit is designed for the easy, reliable, and rapid isolation of DNA-free RNA from a wide range of cell (up to 106) and tissue samples (up to 5 mg). The procedure combines a unique buffer system with Zymo-Spin™ column technology to yield high quality total RNA (including small RNAs 17-200 nt) in about 10 minutes. The procedure is simple. Add the provided RNA Lysis Buffer to a sample, and then purify the RNA using the Zymo-Spin™Columns. The result is highly-concentrated, DNA-free RNA that is suitable for RT-PCR, hybridization, sequencing etc. In addition, the kit can be used for the enrichment of small and large RNAs into separate fractions.

Norgen Biotek Corp Animal Tissue RNA Purification Kit
This kit is suitable for the isolation of total RNA from a range of animal tissues such as liver and spleen, as well as difficult fibrous tissues such as heart, muscle, and intestine. The tissue of interest is first lysed using Buffer RL, followed by treatment with the provided Proteinase K which aids in the removal of the various proteins present in fiber-rich tissues including collagen, contractile proteins and connective tissues. The purified RNA is of the highest quality and purity, with excellent RIN values and A260/A280, and is suitable for downstream applications including qRT-PCR, NGS and more.The kit purifies all sizes of RNA from large mRNA, lncRNA down to microRNA (miRNA) in the same fraction without the requirement of phenol. Isolate all RNA sequences at an equal rate irrespective of size. Moreover, when the RNA sequences are small (e.g. miRNA), the column binds small RNAs regardless of their GC content.

Norgen Biotek Corp RNase-Free DNase I Kit, 200 Reactions
Norgen's RNA purification kits isolate total RNA with minimal amounts of genomic DNA contamination. However, for some sensitive downstream applications, it may be desirable to remove all traces of residual DNA. Norgen's RNase-free DNAse I Kit, with Enzyme Incubation Buffer, can be used for optional on-column DNase digestion with any of Norgen's RNA purification kits. Alternatively, after isolating total RNA using one of Norgen's RNA purification kits, the RNA elution can be treated with this DNase I. The RNA can then be purified from the DNase using Norgen's RNA Clean-Up and Concentration Kit (Cat# 23600), and the RNA can then be used in downstream applications.
